My mission is simple: help people take back control of their health through movement, strength, education, and sustainable lifestyle habits.
I created Mvmt Momentum because I saw too many people feeling stuck — overwhelmed by fitness, disconnected from their bodies, and unsure where to begin. Many people know they want to feel healthier, stronger, and more energized, but they’ve been held back by busy schedules, lack of guidance, intimidation, inconsistency, or all-or-nothing approaches that never lasted.
As both a chiropractor and coach, I take a different approach to health and fitness. I believe movement should improve your life, not consume it, fitness should build confidence, not anxiety, and true health comes from consistency, education, recovery, and habits that fit your real life. Health is not about perfection, it is about building a life where you feel strong, capable, energized, and confident enough to fully show up for it every day.
